My articles are not saved in my basket?
Most likely it's because your computer is set to not accept the so-called cookies. Please change this in your settings, as your user name and your goods are stored in cookies.
All prices include 25% VAT. No additional charges except those listed in your basket after completion of your purchase. You can pay for your products with your credit or debit card. The amount will be withdrawn from your account immediately after the order is placed.
What is the delivery time?
We have almost all products on stock and we send those out within the next day. The time for freight is about 2-4 days within Europe and 6-8 days for any other country. If the product is out of stock, we will inform you accordingly.
Can I change / cancel an order?
If you contact us before we have sent the products, we can change or cancel the order as per your wishes.
I have not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure to check that your email address is correct, this is the most common cause of non-confirmation. It may also be that your e-mail provider has a spam filter that blocks certain emails.
How can I return or exchange an item?
As a customer you always have the right to a 14 day return policy while buying from our online store. Always enclose the original packaging and the unused products. When you return the goods to us, you should use the same box in which you received the goods. Print the return address clearly on the box. In the event of quality issues, Urbanista pays for returning of the goods.
NOTE: It's you as customer who has the financial responsibility for returning goods to us. If you want to be able to track your return, please check with your logistic company/post office.

Where is my order?
If you have not received your order within 7 days you probably have received a notice of any delays. Hence it may be that your item is out of stock or just a bit delayed due to high demand. If you have not received your order within seven working days after you received a shipping notice from us, please get in touch with our customer service.
Do you ship across the whole world?
At the moment we ship to all parts of the world where our forwarders can reach, which is pretty much everywhere.
